Concerts in the Loft: Miss Freddye's Trio

Concerts in the Loft is a free live music series that brings the community together through performances by local and regional artists. These concerts create a welcoming space for connection, creativity, and fellowship while supporting the arts in Morgantown.

Join us Sunday, July 5 at 5 p.m. for a concert by Miss Freddye's Trio. Known as Pittsburgh's Lady of the Blues, Miss Freddye’s powerful, soulful style is rooted in her early days singing in church and a lifelong love for the genre. She will be joined by CITL regulars Mike Huston and Jeff Conner for a spectacular blend of blues classics and originals. Expect to hear the rich influences of legends like Koko Taylor, Etta James, Sarah Vaughan, and Billie Holiday.
