FAQ / Trouble Shooting
There is no audio!
You may have the stream muted, if not the problem is on our end. Let us know in the chat and we will do our best to identify and fix the problem swiftly.
Last week’s service is being shown instead of this week:
The title is most likely wrong, try clicking on the most recent video to see. If it is in fact last week’s service there may be an issue on our end.
The Stream audio/video is buffering, slow, and quiet:
If the video is buffering or slow the issue is not on our end, we stream with a consistent bandwidth, try moving to somewhere with a stronger connection or go back a few minutes in the video to allow time for the video to buffer.
If the entire stream or only specific people are quite even with the your volume up high, let us know after the service! We will tweak our audio for next service, we are always striving to make the service accessible to as many people as possible.
I have a suggestion on how to make the live stream better!
That is great! The media team is a large group of volunteers that feel a calling and see the value in this ministry, send us a message, leave a message in chat, or talk to us in between services. Please keep in mind that our team is a group of younger people, a large portion of our newer staff started in middle school, and the volunteers filming the service are also the ones running the in-person service as well. We like to have four people run the service, this way only two people have to work two jobs, however being a group of volunteers we often have only three people, any issues that arise during the service need to be handled by one of us in the loft meaning we can be slower in keeping up with audio balancing, keeping the lyrics in line with songs, or fixing issues that arise mid stream. In particular hymns are the trickiest part as all volunteers will have a task.
Any one who wishes to help themselves just has to stop by the media loft, we will gladly show you the ropes, no experience required!

Currently their is no designated IT or website ministry. Both are currently handled by volunteers when they have time so some issues may take time to fix.
