Registration for In-person Worship // Cancelled until further notice
A Message from Pastor Randy
As you all know, our state is experiencing a significant spike in COVID-19 cases. More people are hospitalized now than were hospitalized in March. More cases are diagnosed daily. More actions are being taken by our government and by our society to protect us from the illness and potential death that the virus brings.
Yesterday (Nov. 17) the clergy of the West Virginia Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church received a letter from our bishop recommending that all churches return to virtual worship and to discontinue face-to-face worship. Bishop Steiner Ball believes this is a responsible response to the guidance that is being received from the state of West Virginia.
Therefore, I have made the decision to discontinue in-person worship until further notice. As the virus abates, we will move back toward in-person worship. Please continue to pray for your church, your friends, your neighbors and your community.
